Windsor, Essex County, & Pelee Island? We wanna know! Tourism Windsor Essex Pelee Island has put together the
most comprehensive list of the ‘Best Of’ places to see & things to do with the Best Of Windsor Essex Awards.

Started in 2015 as a way to engage with the community and celebrate the best things to see & do in Windsor Essex, the
awards have grown to to a mainstay celebration each year. To date we have seen over 25k votes cast in the Best of
Windsor Essex awards – and over 500 businesses honoured as winners and over 2.5k businesses celebrated as finalists
in the awards.

NOMINATIONS
Each January nominations launch for the awards, giving locals the opportunity to nominate their favourite businesses
and attractions across the region.

VOTING
Following the nomination period, the top finalists in each category are announced and locals vote on their favourite!

THE AWARDS CEREMONY
Each year we gather winners and finalists for a grand celebration. Each winner of a Best of Windsor Essex Award receives
a plaque to display in their office, get listed on our website, and are also featured in our Official Visitor Guide, and
social media and written content throughout the year
